What You’ll Do

  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for pediatric clients.

  • Evaluate communication abilities using standardized and informal assessments.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports.

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Document sessions clearly and efficiently (our team helps keep paperwork manageable).

  • Participate in team meetings, consultation, and continuing development.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

     

  • Current Arizona SLP license (or the ability to obtain one)

     

  • Active Fingerprint Clearance Card

     

  •  Active CPR certificate

     

  • CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFs are welcome

     

  • Pediatric experience is great but not required

     

  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate

Do SLPs get support and supervision?
Yes. CFs get full supervision, and licensed SLPs have access to leads, directors, and a responsive clinical support structure.

How large is the caseload?
Caseloads are managed intentionally to prevent burnout. We’d rather you deliver great therapy than race through sessions.

What tools do SLPs have available?
AAC devices, therapy materials, assessments, digital tools, and collaborative team resources.

Is relocation assistance offered?
Ask us- depending on the role and location, support may be available.
