  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide pediatric OT interventions in clinic or school settings.

  • Use play-based, sensory-rich, functional therapy approaches.

  • Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Document session notes and progress with clarity and consistency.

  • Participate in meetings, training, and program development.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)

  • Active Fingerprint Clearance Card

  •  Active CPR certificate

  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication & documentation skills
