- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide pediatric OT interventions in clinic or school settings.
- Use play-based, sensory-rich, functional therapy approaches.
- Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Document session notes and progress with clarity and consistency.
- Participate in meetings, training, and program development.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Active CPR certificate
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication & documentation skills
