Therapy Tree’s Clinical Directors are experienced clinicians who understand pediatric therapy and want to lead. You’ll oversee teams, support therapists, and help shape quality across programs, while still working in a supportive, non-corporate environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support teams of SLPs, OTs, PTs, assistants, and interns.
- Provide mentorship, supervision, and clinical guidance.
- Monitor quality, documentation, and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve programs and processes.
- Support onboarding and development of new clinicians.
- Maintain some clinical work for balance and relevance.

Requirements
- Licensed SLP, OT, or PT with strong pediatric experience
- Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Active CPR certificate
- Leadership, supervision, or mentoring experience
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Strong organizational and clinical decision-making skills

It’s hybrid. You’ll lead and provide some therapy.
Do Clinical Directors manage scheduling?
No. You collaborate with scheduling but don’t run it.
