Colados has become the go-to place for crepes and coffee.
7 years ago, Aaron Reina and his family ventured to Paris for a week-long vacation. While in France, they tried crepes for the first time and loved them so much that they decided to bring them back to Arizona. In their garage, the Reina family spent days using their crepe machine to experiment with different flavors and combinations. When they weren’t cooking, they were researching recipes and watching video after video about crepes. When they finally perfected their recipes, they opened Colados.
“Coffee brings family together, you can have great conversation over coffee with anyone,” said Reina.
This restaurant is not only respected for their delicious food but their value for family time. They are closed on Sundays, so their employees can not only have a rest day but also spend time with their families.
